Really bad.
The adjustment screws came out. The rotating part that holds the bulb in place also came out. The bulbs went dark, and when I replaced them, the inside of the fog light started to fill with smoke. I already threw them away.

Took 10 minutes.
2010 Lancer GTS. Replaced these very quickly. Just a few screws and a plug connector.
