Way better than Intel stock cooler
This replaced the Intel stock cooler on my i5 10400F on my Asrock B460m-ITX motherboard.Peak temp during Cinebench R23 multicore run is 58c.Intel stock cooler temps were hitting 100c.Using Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut thermal paste.42c reduction in peak temps is amazing! This cooler fits perfectly in Corsair 250D ITX case. The mounting solution is identical to the Intel Stock Cooler, which makes it easy to install, however the clips are still awkward and flimsy, and the directions are not clear on the orientation to lock them. Each of the 4 foot clips has 2 retainers, and one of the retainers on one of the feet broke off when clamping it down. The 2nd retainer was strong enough to hold it, however it would be nice to see a traditional back bracket mounting system for this cooler.Overall I am very pleased with the cooler, the fan is near silent with my motherboards default CPU fan curve, and I never saw temps over 58c while stress testing.

Good cooler, but be careful with its intel stock mounts
It gets job done well. Tiny, quiet, inexpensive, good material quality, nice looking.Way much better than a stock cooler. But you need to be very careful with its mounts. EVGA choosed to use the same design of an intel lga 115x stock cooler mount to the motherboard - which are easy to break and hard to install as other reviews mention. If you are an experienced PC builder and did research how ppl installed it before you buy, you could still buy it like I did. The related compoents with my set: Intel Core i5 10400F + Asrock B460M PRO4.

Fasteners do NOT work
I bought this EVGA mITX 92 mm cooler to go into an EVGA Hadron Air mini-ITX case onto an EVGA Z97 Stinger LGA 1150 Mini-ITX motherboard. I thought by buying all EVGA components I could be assured of compatibility, however, I was wrong. I could not succeed at fastening all of this coolers four legs to the LGA 1150 socket on the Z97 ITX motherboard.Like other reviewers have reported, the four plastic mounting plungers do not work properly. I ended up with only 3 of 4 corners fastened down after several remounting attempts outside the case where I could work and see freely. I quit trying for fear of damaging the motherboard from the force used pushing on the plungers. The plungers are supposed to go through the LGA 1150 mounting holes like an Intel stock cooler. It is a good idea that should allow one to install or remove the cooler from the top side except the EVGA plungers do not snap into place like Intel plungers do. You have to physically examine the back side of the motherboard in order to tell whether the plungers are seated. I always found one or more of the plungers did not seat.My completed system is working just fine except this hunk of a heat sink is hanging on by only 3 of 4 plastic attachments. I am afraid of accidentally bumping the chassis and worry about the asymmetrical compression on the CPU chip. The design has a second serious problem. The fan is attached using wire straps that are difficult to disconnect or connect. Before installing the cooler, I decided to try removing and replacing the fan working with complete freedom outside the case. It was hard. EVGA should take a look at the plastic fan clip-on technique used by several others like Enermax Cooling ETS-N30-HE Black/Aluminum cooler.Thirdly, a lot of the fan cooling air escapes without passing through the fins because of the concave space at the top and bottom of the radiator. Recommend EVGA pull this product in order to avoid damaging its good reputation until redesign fixes these three problems.

Great little cooler, with one major flaw.
This cooler is great if you're putting into a Hadron Air case, has just enough clearance to allow the side panel to slide back into its locked position without coming into contact with the pipes. Also, the ends are rubber coated to prevent any kind of scratching.Pros:-Looks great!-Fits nicely in with a H97I-Plus Asus motherboard, with all other component (I was able to route the 8-pin power around the lower part of the heatsink, fit with some slack).-Keeps temperatures nice and cool on both a 4770k, and a 4790k with slight overclocking.-Mostly Silent-Thermal paste is included with the package, this is nice to see. Granted I used my own arctic silver compound but it's nice to know I would've been able to install this cooler even if I hadn't had some other thermal paste handy.-Loved the fact that the thermal pad that comes in contact with the cpu while in operation was clad in a plastic film. Just make sure you clean it with some alcohol prior to installation to get rid of any residue that may leave behind.Cons:-Mounting system, whoever thought to keep the blasted plastic clip system should be forced to install these for a month straight to let him wallow in the grief that is in mounting these in such a way that you feel comfortable your cooler is secure. Given that they are plastic, they have a tendency to yield if any amount of force is applied and they are not fitted perfectly, leading to one or more of the plastic clips to provide a less-than-secure fit for the duration of the cooler's life. One of the retaining ledges for one of the clips was slightly-rounded on mine, leading to a grueling 8-10 minutes when I was carefully trying to lock it in fully so that it would not pop up again. Even now I'm constantly checking the heat sink to make sure that corner is still fully held on. I don't know if this can be considered a manufacturing defect, but all other three clips locked in as they should. Conclusion: I would've gone with a different cooler had I known the plastic clips would've given me so many issues. Given that I built this rig in particular with portability in mind, I do not have sufficient peace of mind that the clips will be sufficient to hold the cooler in place while traveling (and may lead to cpu melt-down). I may end up swapping coolers with some of my other builds and/or just buy a different one once I get some pocket money to spare. Would've given this cooler 5 stars were it not for the mounting system, and the fact that I had one of the plastic feet come with a slightly rounded catch-ledge that made it absurdly difficult to install (It had trouble locking even when I dry-tested it before mounting it to the motherboard). Don't expect to do any crazy over-clocking with this cooler, but it is more than adequate for keeping things running cool at stock or even lightly-overclocked speeds. For those of you having trouble getting to the plastic mounting screws while installing this cooler, you're supposed to remove the fan via the metal clips prior to installation. Re-install the fan to the heat sink once fully installed. This'll also help you get to the motherboard connections if you have to do some wiring on this side of the cooler.

So far so good
To my surprise this has been keeping my CPU in the mid 20c range at idle and no more over heating issues when gaming. Good value and performance for the buck.
