I do a lot of hiking in the scottish highlands and there is not always a bench, wall or big stone to sit on. Here my friend and I can pull out our stools and sit and have a cup or tea. The seat is lighter than I thought. Its also a good high and is very comfortable. Its easy to carry and does not take up that much room. It come in a bag so if the feet were muddy you can slip it in to its bag and not cover everything with mud. Cant fault. Nothing like drinking a cup of tea with views over the glens and mountains on a wee stool

I actually bought this to sit out in our yard at work on sunny days and I must say its ideal for all I needed it for. Very lightweight and compact in its carry bag and fits into a basic rucksack perfectly and doesnt take up much space. Comfy foldable little sturdy stool with a neat pouch at the front to put a water bottle/can of drink in. Worth considering purchasing if its a basic portable stool you're after.

Really nice, compact, sturdy seat AND comfortable! The four legs feel much sturdier than the tripod style, no danger of sinking into wet muddy fields or woodland floor 😊 and it doesn’t require any construction skills to use it - it just opens up! 👌 It’s quite low down but I kind of like that. Very happy, especially for the price 😊

the seat is ok, ( only had for 2 weeks ) and seems fine. but the carry bag is a different story , frayed pretty much right away and useless after 2 weeks .. see pics

We ordered these folding stools to take with us to Wimbledon as we queued for tickets! They are very lightweight but sturdy and fold easily for storage in a small bag with strap. The stool height is quite low but anything higher would be bulkier to carry. All in all, a good option for an easily transportable additional seat.

It’s a good little stool my kids love them but it isn’t always as sturdy

I have now used this seat several times. It is well made, fairly lightweight and small enough to comfortably fit in to my small 'day hike' backpack. I am 6'2 and weigh 13 stone and the seat worked flawlessly. I can definetly recommend this seat, especially for the current price.
