We wanted 2 candle holders for the fireplace and these have proven perfect - we put a little silver sand in the bottom as the candles were too wide to sit in the recess, but they are wonderful and considering either the price of some or the inferior quality (thin glass) of others, we were delighted. Love it nice and sturdy, not flimsy glass

I love to burn tall candles but am concerned about safety, especially as I have an inquisitive cat. I bought this so I can burn my candles safely and it certainly does the job. It looks good and is very sturdy. It arrived quickly and was very well packaged. I'm very pleased with it.

handsome object, but the rounded inner surface meant that a layer of clean sand was needed to stabilise even a very broad candle and keep it level?

Strong, good height. I wanted this to hold tall candle, works a treat. Very sturdy. Very well packaged. Thoroughly recommend.
