Nutravita always has good quality products and in higher strength than other products/brands at better price too and that is awesome! My hormones are all over the place and my husband has low testosterone/low sperm count. I had bought this product as me and my husband are trying to conceive and we are looking at natural ways to improve our fertility alongside with a healthy diet/lifestyle. We also work a lot and often times we feel drained. We wanted to give these tablets a try for a few days before reviewing them and we believe they do work as intended. These past few days I have worked a lot of extra nights in a row (due to personal problems) with little to no sleep and I believe it is these tablets that kept me going for 20+ hours. They are not very hard to swallow as some reviewers said, they are just your standard sized capsules, just make sure you drink a lot of water afterwards. I am looking forward to see what other benefits we get from them. Also, as an added bonus, the company contacted me to offer me another free bottle which is really awesome, I will be getting the same one! :)

Very decent product in terms of what the benefits entail. Recommend use for 1-2 months then take a break and continue. Best to speak to your dietician/GP/Doctor if you have thyroid issues. Some people say that continued use can also contribute to insomnia in some cases which I did have at first but after taking a break then continuing it has worked a lot better as it gives your hormones that extra waiting time to balance them.

An honest review from a 57 year old man wanting to regain his youth.After taking them for around 2 weeks now I am finding they are making a difference, especially in the sleeping department, but not a massive one. The feeling of calm has increased as I am in the process of changing jobs and would normally be stressed. Libido has seen a small improvement so after the supply has run out I will have to really give it some thought as to whether I will purchase again.

I love the quality of this pill. The packaging is well designed and the pills are in a clear shell and are small enough to be easy to swallow.Bought them to help regulate my hormones and help rebalance them as my period has been crazy. It's not perfect yet but I have definitely seen an improvement since taking them for the last month.TMI warning but my period was last about 2 weeks with only a 2 day break in between since near the end of last year. This month after taking it I have had a 7 day break from my current crazy cycle so definitely a step in the right direction and this had been the only thing I have changed in my routine.Don't be fooled by the other brands! Especially ones that claim to have other vitamins added. They have less strength in each pill so you would have to take 4 a day to make up to the concentration like this one. This is just one a day with a 6 month supply! Great value!
