Jabra Pro 9400/900 Leather Ear Cushions 14101-19

Mine fell apart after 5-6 years of daily usage. At first I failed to put these on but there are plenty of videos out there which show the technique. They fit perfect on my Jabra 9400, good seal on the ear, not that you're really expecting great passive noise cancelling while only covering one ear. Only downside is they work so well, water trapped in ear after showing has trouble drying with this on.

These are stupid expensive for what they are, but I'm not going to knock off a star for that. Perfect replacement fit on my Jabra Pro 9465 headset. As another poster noted, installation can be a challenge unless you know the trick. Hook the outermost, soft, small ring of the cushion (not the inner one that is hard plastic... that won't work) on the end of the headset's earpiece and then slowly rotate the cushion around until it seats itself.

As others mentioned, these are identical to the original pads even they look different in the picture. They are the exact replacement. It is not cheap though.

The original one was completely done, peeling off and ugly, so I went looking and found this. Arrived quickly and was very easy to replace. Have been functioning well and it’s been long enough that I can tell - the quality is great.

The cushions feel like they are decent quality, for headset cushions anyway. Another review mentioned that these would work for the Jabra Pro 920 headset. This is not the case - it doesn't fit, and therefore would not fit the 930 either. The only reason I am making this review is to articulate that point.

I purchased these as a replacement when the one on my Jabra 9470 fell apart. They aren't intended to be noise cancelling to my knowledge, but they are comfortable and easy to install.

I was not sure if they would be as good as the original ones but so far after a few months they are identical and work great you get a pair of them so value is good.. buy these if your old ones are worn out.
