Good Product to fry rice
I bought 2 sets of 12 packets of NOH Chinese Fried Rice form this seller buy only received one, it's bin 3 weeks and I haven't received any updates about my order. I call Amazon support center and ask about my order they told me that they would contact the seller.I give the seller 1/2 Star rating.

This is our "go to" for dinner when we have left over steak, pork, etc. and sometimes add additional stir fry vegetables. A relative who discovered it in Hawaii shared with us and we are hooked. It is fairly mildly flavored so it can stand alone or be taken further depending upon personal tastes. It is also hard to find where we live so I was pleased to find it on Amazon.

better than restaurant fried rice
I found this product when I lived in Hawaii 20 years ago and have used it ever since. It has a wonderful flavor that is better than many fried rice dishes I have been served in restaurants. I have tried many times with the help of Asian friends to make a comparable seasoning mix for my homemade fried rice and always went back to using the NOH's brand. I am not sure why I tried for so long since this product is delicious and inexpensive to use.

Taste is great and prep is a snap
The only reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5 is that I find I still have to add sesame oil and soy to recipes. Of all the fried rice mixes out there this is the easiest to use. Taste is great and prep is a snap.

Sooooo Good!
This is the seasoning we bought in Hawaii. Now that I'm on the mainland, it's nice to know I can still get it! Hawaiian style fried rice...yeah! Just sprinkle over steamed rice, add bacon pieces, scrambled egg, peas, and green onions (sliced). Every one of my kids' friends loves this, as well as my daycare kids. A good buy, for sure! One bag will flavor about 5 cups of rice.

Read the instructions carefully
I've used others that are better. If you're not careful you'll wind up with a lumpy sticky mess. Try and mix this with the liquid prior to inserting it into the rice mixture.
