Bertie's Pimento Sauce 300ml (Pack of 2)

They are really pricey especially because I know what I can get it for in Trinidad. However, since they were the only place I could find it outside of Trinidad I guess I will suck it up until I can get a shipment from Trinidad. It's great as a marinate for fish, chicken and pork!

So much wonderful flavor. I add it in most things that I cook. I have bought this several times and I am never disappointed!

I'm on my 4th bottle of Berties Pimento puree. Its unlike anything I've ever tasted. So good.

Ive been buying these for four years and as many others have said, you can't beat the flavor. I grow my own pomento peppers here in Virginia (see pic) from spring thru fall but have to have these as my back up. You can't cook Caribbean/ West Indian dishes without pimento if you want that unique taste. Its a little pricy, but the things we do for the real thing! Great quality always.

Excellent taste

I opened the bottle to make a Trinidad curry chicken, and as soon as I smelled it all the memories came flooding back from childhood!My Mum use to make pelau and curry chicken and always used fresh pimentos. Also when she made hot sauce it was a key ingredient.Living away from a big city it is impossible to get. I must say how truly happy I am.Thank you for having this product, it is amazingly good!
