3DS Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey (Nintendo 3DS)

I bought this for my son for his birthday. Imagine my surprise when the game wouldn't upload. Turns out, I got to learn something new - there are games that are set to work in certain regions and not others. The game I bought works in Europe but not the US....which is interesting because the name of the company selling it is USOnline. I made an assumption - an incorrect assumption. You can look at the number 3 on the case and know it's not a US game (I know that now). The customer service people were kind telling me how I can get solve the problem - make an account with the UK, download the game, and then switch over to the US account. My son didn't want to use up the space on his 3DS with that so I tried returning it. Turns out shipping cost will only be slightly less than what I paid for the game. So not worth trying to get a refund. Now we are trying to figure out how to get a new account. If I didn't know there were region games, do you think I know how to make a UK account? This is ridiculous. While they do have everything on the page (there is A LOT of info on a very busy page), I think it would be better practice for them to sell this on AMAZON.CO.UK and not amazon.com. What they are doing is poor business.

The game does not load or start in any DS and there are not issues with our DS.
