Excellent stuff! Commecial grade!
I really like this stuff. It's a high quality 3m commercial grade spray. It sprays on easy and cleans up just the same. It provides a nice even coat and one that is fairly durable and even paintable. I have never painted it and prefer the raw appearance.Re-freshens and preserves frames. Protects against moisture and salt in winter months.I used Metal prep and Metal Ready by POR15 before applying this undercoating to the frame portions. For areas that were sludged up with grease, I scrubbed those with brush. Adhesion was and is great!I sprayed my 2008 Dodge Ram back in March 2008. I just sold it October 2014. 5.5yrs later the underside looked brand new even after the harsh upstate NY winters! While I did have to touch a few areas up after 3-4yrs...It was my fault because i didn't scuff the fresh paint in the wheel wells. So, if you are spraying a new vehicle, scuff the paint or use an acid etch primer to allow the undercoating to grab on to.Here is my 2001 suburban frame before and after with just a single coat!I used a standard undercoating gun for this.

Easy application
Used this to undercoat a pickup cab. Using a Shutz gun it went on well and covered as it claimed. Happy.

Great stuff. Even when brushed
At the moment I do not have an air compressor so I was forced to brush this onto the frame of my Chevy truck. I wire brushed and power washed the loose rust and dirt/grime off then generously brushed this on and only one coat was plenty. I used half a gallon on the back half of my frame under the 8ft bed and it has held up really well. I just used cheap throw away brushes. Probably not worth getting good ones and trying to clean them out

Quality undercoating
I used this product on my inner quarters and it hold up well. It dries hard but not brittle. I tested on scrap metal before applying to car and when dry it’s hard to scratch it. You can puncture it with a sharp object if you use a lot of force. Even at or near zero degrees Fahrenheit it still doesn’t crack. I drive down gravel roads and this has no chipping or cracks. I’ve used many other undercoating but this is my new favorite. Sometimes you do get what you pay for. This is expensive but worth the $.

Professional, Durable, Finish
This undercoat is by far the best. It leaves a semi-gloss, lightly textured finish that gives anything you spray a nice consistent finish. I use a undercoat gun set at about 25-30 psi and it atomizes it perfectly. My process that has proven successful involves first degreasing the frame and underbody with a citrus degreaser using a garden sprayer. Then I pressure wash it and leave it for a few days to dry. Then, I needle scale the rust scale and bubbling. After I blow off the entire frame, I apply two coats of corroseal (this product is an amazing rust converter/inhibitor.) I let it dry overnight and the next day I apply a light dusting for the first coat of the undercoat, then two more coats while still tacky. This has given me a great finish that lasts for years on end (5 and counting) even in new england as long as you wash the underbody occasionally.

Good product
Works as well as the better known and more expensive brand. I sprayed it on, with an undercoat gun. If you are applying it over existing undecoat, make sure you scrape of an loose areas as well as any built up dirt. You also want to make sure you clean up any areas where the old undercoat is oil saturated, as the new coat will not harden properly. Finally if you are planning on spraying this product make sure you cover anything you don't want undercoat on, like the shop floor and walls.

Great
This product is great I wish the gun I bought to put it on with wasn't such a piece of crap. Dries quick not too much overspray, doesn't drip, goes on thick

Great stuff. Dries quick, coats well.
This stuff is great.Directions say that it is for application in a spray gun. I brushed it on, though, with no problem. Acetone will clean the brush just fine. You'll need a quart sized can for application. Dries quickly, coats well. A gallon should do an entire vehicle with some left over, I'd think.
