Mostly for mixing with chocolate drinks, and coffee with a dash of Cinnamon and Cloves. Also, of course as a spice for cooking and baking. The lid of the Cloves bottle is meant for sprinkling only. It does not allow for filling up a spoon. The plastic lid has to be opened every time to measure. Good thing I could fit my old bottle of Cloves to replace the lid. I liked the flavor. The price is fair.
