Q: I have an 8” ledge next to my wall so I cant push a half umbrella base right up next to the wall. Would this umbrella provide shade for that 8” gap?

Purchase a half umbrella stand (it's a half circle) as it will hug the ledge better than a round or square full umbrella stand will. Depending on the position of the sun, the umbrella may cast shade in the direction of the uncovered portion of the ledge.

Q: what is 108 x 52 x 92. (high x dept x width. would this unbrella fit clearance of 7 feet.?

The umbrella is 108” high x 52” deep and 92”wide when open fully. It will not clear 7’

Q: Is there a replacement canopy for the half umbrella

Not that I know of but they are rather cheep, might want to buy a new one and use the old one for replacement parts.
