Sabatino White Truffle Olive Oil - 8.4 fl oz

This was a huge hit at a party on popcorn. It is strong and it doesn’t take much to get that truffle flavor that you crave. Its was also great on potato chips. It was priced nicely and I think it will last a long time.

This is my second bottle of truffle oil from SABATINO, and it is the BEST truffle oil I have ever used! I primarily use it for salads and meats, and it makes everything taste better. I will definitely buy it again.Additionally, SABATINO's customer service is outstanding. When I reached out about a broken bottle, they responded promptly and handled my issue wonderfully!

Sabatino Tartufi White Truffle Infused Olive Oil Is a delightful and tasty treat. I love putting on my hot French fries with just a touch of salt and Chipotle seasoning. I also use it in combination with butter on my fresh popped corn. The jar has lasted me awhile as I use it sparingly, or not often. French fries and buttered popcorn are both a special treat for me. I’ve been using this particular jar for about a year now. It’s stored in a cabinet with my other spices and oils. So far, it hasn’t lost its freshness.The price, as with all truffle products, is ridiculous. $$$$$

the taste of this oil is great but very strong and the aftertaste stays for a while. if i’m making something like a marinade for chicken, i dilute it with a more mild oil at about a 1 to 5 ratio. when you’re cooking with it, make sure you taste along the way so you’re not overpowering your food with it. even just a little bit too much can throw off a recipe.

The aroma is so Delicious.Oil is high quality.Would recommend to everybody.

Love the flavor

This is a great tasting oil. I didnt get the HYPE about truffle oil (and its still definitely overhyped) but I did some research on what would be the best product to get if you did want to go for it. And this one had great reviews, and amazon has it for a great price. For what it is...its pretty good. Works well pastas, white cheese, and fish. It definitely has a strong fragrance. I used them in a stuffed crab mushroom recipe for a party and my guests were impressed by it. From what I learned, truffle oil is not really an oil made from truffles (its a perfume added to oil), so it doesnt make sense to overpay for it. Get this one and thank me later!

I ordered one bottle of Sabatino Tartufi White Truffle Oil 3.4 ounces and one Black Truffle Oi 3.4 ouncesl. Both bottles contained olive oil with barely a hint of truffle fragrance. When I added the oil to a couple of dishes it added no flavor or truffle fragrance. I think this batch of oil was bad. I went to a famous steak house called Smith and Wollenski. They make the best truffle mac and cheese you ever tasted. I asked them to show me the bottle of truffle oil they use. I was surprised to see it was Sabatino Tartufi White Truffle Infused Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 250ml (8.4oz)! So, I ordered from Amazon the 4 ounce size of this exact same bottle. This bottle was great with a strong smell of truffle and great on whatever you choose. Stay away from the 3.4 ounce rectangular bottles of Sabatino Truffle Oil. Buy the elegant 4 ounce bottle of Sabatino White Trufle Oil.
