The customer service for this ladder has been nothing but amazing. The ladder itself is very portable which we we really liked. The only shortcoming is that it doesn’t feel sturdy, but to be fair this is a collapsible ladder after all, so you sacrifice sturdy for portability and it’s space saving nature. Overall I’m happy with the product and the customer service I was given for the ladder and how to use it!

While fairly lightweight, this ladder is wobbly as a step ladder. Careful is the word of the day. Otherwise it's pretty easy to use and set up.

While I do use my ladder in the step ladder style and I looked it a lot. The problem is when I use it as a extension ladder it seems weak and as a person who is scared of heights the last thing I want to do is be on a shaky ladder. So while it has its pluses it has its minuses.

Got the A frame version first, but too bulky and heavy. This one is much lighter and more compact to store.

This latter is a good looking very heavy but cannot lock two sides… moving it from one side of the room to the other side requires the person to completely push it together lock it in order to move it around, once you are standing in one side of it the other side started sliding down…. Almost broke my back!!

Purchased the Heavy Duty Telescoping Ladder 16.5 Feet Aluminum as we have high vaulted ceilings. Very sturdy. Just make sure you lock in position as there are various lengths. it stores very small to take up less room in the garage. I wish the steps were larger with wise but it does have non-slippery deep grooves just make sure you use tennis shoes or workboots. also when I place it against the wall I noticed the black rubber toppers will leave marks so I just clean with Mr. Clean sponge or a rag with a little bit of water and soap.

This portable ladder is perfect for my RV, stores easily and easy setup, i am 220 lbs and at the top felt sturdy.

Heavy, bulky and horrible to move. I found myself dreading having to get it out to use because even walking it 5 feet and setting it up was a pain. Don't get this if you are a smaller person like me. It is sturdy, good ladder but only after a hard set up.
