Well made, replacement for one that the hinge gave out after 6 years.

Good replacement seat. Easy to install and has mechanism to prevent it from getting loose.

For what it is, too expensive.Also, they should sell the metal part by itself since at times you do not have to replace the whole thing

There is nothing remarkable about this product. You need it to fit the 'Ferrari' toilet you are installing. The cost does not reflect the tangible worth of the product. Big disappointment was that it does not have a quiet close mechanism. You buy a 'Ferrari' in-wall toilet..... ya' payz Ferrari prices for accessories. That all being said, would pay the ridiculous price again...... but only if absolutely necessary. Otherwise, the seat is as advertised.

I ordered a replacement part for a Duravit. The part came with no issue. When my installer went to do the installation he found missing parts. I immediately contacted the seller who told me to return it at my cost plus a 10% restocking fee. So a total of $60! They sent a defective item and expect me to pay to return and restock it. I won’t order from them again.
