I have very small feet they also have no arch and I'm now at the grand old age of 50 starting to suffer with ankle pain associated with flat feet. I bought these children's insoles (!) And within hours of wearing them my ankle pain has reduced so much I can't quite believe it. Will be buying more for all of my shoes. Highly recommend this product!

I got these for my 4 year old who has flat feet. They are quite bulky so you need to get a bigger shoe size. My son is happy to wear them, unlike the hard ones given to him by the Dr. A bit expensive when you need more than one set.

My son was struggling with painful heels. This seemed to happen whichever shoes he was wearing. We bought these to put in all his shoes and football boots. He could feel the difference instantly. he no longer experiences any discomfort.The inserts are well made and packaged and have worn well.

They are very thick is not fit to the shose

These were a fab shape and I thought they’d be a great support. But even taking out the insole I her trainers they still pushed my 4yr olds feet to high so the shoe no longer supported her ankle and made the shoe too tight across her feet. They may work better if you had a wider fit shoe but no good for what we had x

I don't know much about insoles but they appear to be well made and in my opinion well worth the expense.The insoles arrived quicker than I expected, always a good start!I bought them for my six year old daughter who has flat feet. She took to the very quickly, and on day one we did a 3.5 mile walk and there was no complaints of aching ankles or knees.I will definitely be buying another pair for her.

Sonhas very flat feet and was complaining of painful feet and leg aches. Since these have been in his shoes he has said his feet hurt a little when wearing them as they correct his feet, but not a peep of leg ache when the shoes come off, or first thing in the morning. So I bought a second pair. They switch easily between shoes, but do make his shoes a little on a tight fit.

Although thick, these provide excellent support for kid’s feet. My son pronates his feet quite a bit. I’m worried he’ll end up with bunions and foot problems like I have if we don’t keep up with it. These inserts combined with supportive sneakers designed for overpronation have made a huge difference in his level of comfort every day. I’m buying a second pair for his winter boots.

It's hard to find orthotics for kids. We got these for a young basketball player who was experiencing heel pain when he played in his size 4.5 shoes. The insoles helped alleviate the problem and were a much cheaper option than new shoes, which all too often don't provide good support anyway.
