This is a nice scale. I am really glad I went with this scale over some of the others that cost hundreds of dollars (was seriously considering InBody and Omron).The integration with the app over Bluetooth is a great feature and works seamlessly with 2 users: myself (Android) and wife (iPhone). The Renpho app is nice but it also sends data to Fitbit, Google Fit, and Apple Health.The scale seems to be very consistent after testing back-to-back-to-back measurements and twice a week over a month. I know some of the measurements are calculated but that was OK with me. It gives you a good idea of your overall composition. I take my measurements at the same time of day when I first wake up.The app keeps track of weight, BMI, body fat, fat-free weight, subcutaneous fat, visceral fat, body water, skeletal muscle, muscle mass, bone mass, protein, BMR, and metabolic age.I don't have the room to keep the scale out all the time so I have it stored under the sink and just pull it out when I'm going to use it. It says to calibrate it each time you move it so I do that by stepping on it and then off quickly, it shows CAL on the display for a second, and then ready to use.

To start, this is a perfect scale for someone who wants to track their body composition in a general sense. The app is phenomenal and makes you feel like you paid for a service. It's super intuitive and can track multiple members.In regards to tracking accuracy, I've been using it for almost 5-6 months now. The changes in body composition seem to not be super specific if you are trying to track to a very specific level of fitness. It provides many, many measures and kinda has me geeking out every time I look at my weight and look at changes over time. It is great at giving a GENERAL idea of where you are at but is not going to be as accurate as a DXA scan or underwater weighing. I would warn anyone who wants to use it for super-accurate tracking that a 3 lbs change following a meal or drinking water seems to reflect uniquely - you could have it either add fat or muscle mass. Being that it follows the basic idea of bioelectrical impedance (a very small, unable-to-be-detected electric signal that moves faster through body water and muscle than fat), it works best if you are optimally hydrated. If you are over or under-hydrated the numbers will be interesting to view.That may be too much information, but these are the specific things I noticed and someone out there might want to know it. It is so much better than any other scale in its price range, but be wary that this won't give you some amazing level of accuracy you may expect from a $200 professional test. If you want to see a general idea of fat and muscle mass (plus like 15 other measures) this is PERFECT for you. Don't overthink it. Buy it.

I was looking for an accurate bathroom scale, the other features don't matter to me. I have 2 other bathroom scales and both give inaccurate readings. They both read out to 1/10th of a pound but can be off by 2 pounds or more. For example, if you step differently on them, they give you a different weight. Or I can take off my shoes and the weight doesn't change.This scale has none of those problems. I can purposely stand in a slightly different location or put more weight on my toes or heels and it reads the same. If I take off my shoes and re-weigh myself, it shows the small difference.It's fast, easy to use, accurate, easy to read, and a charge lasts a long time.I haven't used all the other features becausea) I don't like the lack of privacy. They share your datab) I think most of the fat data is bogus from scales like this.

This scale is AHMAZING! Seriously, it's cool beans. It's Bluetooth connected, with a free app, and it tracks so much cool stuff. It's fun to see my progress in like 13 different categories, every time I weigh. If you have multiple users, it'll set up unique profiles for each. And it's smart so it recognizes the individual user on its own.It's USB rechargeable. So long to buying Duracell batteries! It's quality made. Feels sturdy. It's not heavy though. I love it. It's among the best purchases I've made in a long while.Highly recommend!

Bought this scale so that my wife and I could keep track of our weight loss journey. So far the scale has been easy to use and syncs well with the app. Only complaint is I wish it was made out of something other then tempered glass or have a protective edge bumper since we have children I am concern it being bumped or dropped. Other then. That the app has been great and I will update if anything changes
