A small amount goes a long way. Made delicious aglio e olio pasta with this product.

Delicious…especially if you like truffles. I love everything truffle. A bit rich so you can’t eat too much at once. Smells delicious. I prefer a bit more crunch. This is a bit creamy.

12% black truffle, mostly filler, added artificial truffle flavor means they used the 12% to make infusions for higher end product. Upon opening the lid I can mostly smell a heavy porcini stench. This is a product designed to fool people who have not had the real thing. The % of truffle in the product is not in the item description on Amazon listing, but the description leads you to believe there are two ingredients alone: high-grade black truffle and high-grade olive oil, in that order. This is a curated fraud.If I could rate this FRAUD product a 0 and flag it and everything like it for investigation, that is what I would rate it.I worked at Eataly in Boston for roughly a year and ate my fair share of black and white truffle and this, my friends, smells like a slap in the face and a lighter wallet. It smells like someone is laughing at you. It smells like the person laughing at you also just took your money. If you have had truffles before, it smells like rage and an urgent need to read the ingredients list. Burning rubber smells better.

These truffles are absolutely delicious. They arrived fresh, and disappeared quickly. I ordered more! These also go nicely in a gift basket with crackers, cheese and wine.

The title says it all. This product is only 12% black truffle. In other words, it's 88% filler, mostly regular mushrooms. Won't be buying it again.
