Philips LED myLiving Dimmable 5”/6” Downlight Recessed Lighting Fixture: 650-Lumens, 5000-Kelvin, 11-Watt (65-Watt Equivalent), E26 Medium Screw Base, Daylight, 6-Pack

I really like these lights. They are the perfect light for our kitchen. We chose the daylight LEDs to avoid a yellow hue. What I like about this light is it shows everything true to its color. We have them hooked up to a dimmer and they work perfectly with the dimmer. They were extremely easy to install. It took us roughly 30 minutes to install 10 of these.

Easy to install, looks good, and is much cleaner than a hole in the ceiling with a bulb screwed in. The light is nice - I got the soft white, it looks like a regular incandescent light. It dims without flickering and has a wide range. I bought 6 lights and liked them so much I bought 12 more to do the entire house.

Add the cost of a trim ring and a decent LED bulb and these things are a bargain. They are rated for wet areas which I used them in a shower. The light is excellent and bright. These are much sleeker than the trim and bulb and I wish I'd done all of the basement lights with these. Over time they will all get switched out.

I originally purchased these fixtures in the "Soft White" but found the light too bright/harsh and antiseptic to use in a bedroom. I exchanged them for the same fixtures but in "Warm Glow" and they are now PERFECT! These not only look better and closely resemble the incandescent lighting I'm used too, they also seem to dim lower and work better with my Lutron dimmer switch (no flicker, no buzz, pop on right away without any hesitation at the lowest setting.) Also, these are very easy to install IF your existing recessed housing was installed level with the ceiling edge. If your cans are level these will snap right in tight and flush. Unfortunately, 1 of the 6 lights I was replacing would not fit tight against the ceiling because my housing was installed wonky. I was able to loosen it a bit and pull it down somewhat, but there is still a bit of a gap on one side. It's aesthetically annoying, but does not affect the performance of the light. I wish there was some leeway in the installation process to account for less than ideal conditions.

These look great, a great temperature of light, and their super easy to install in the cans. We put all 6 of them in about a 100 SF of basement space (using 6" Halo cans from a multi pack at Home Depot) and it lit the space really nicely.

Installed 18 of these in our kitchen. Had difficulty finding light fixtures to fit in my pre-existing cans (tried 3 other prior to purchasing these). They are adjustable and fit perfectly into our ceiling. Lights dim nicely and look great. Sometimes it's worthwhile paying for a brand name.

I am not sure why we can not get Philips product in big store but the you can not fine a better quality anywhere else. The light is perfect balance of white and its easy to install. The price on Amazon was very good too.
