I use all three sizes to challenge different muscle groups. I use the medium size for squats and I can tell I’m getting a better workout than I was before. The bands are also durable and stay in place without slipping. Other bands I have used slide up and down and that can be very frustrating, but these thankfully stay in place! The color coding makes it easy to select the right one for each kind of workout. Overall a great product and I definitely recommend!

These bands are great! They come in small, medium and large sizes and are color coded to help you tell the difference. The bands came with a free gift that you'll see in my 5th picture (the blue resistance band with handles). That was a nice surprise! I have used that many times already as well.I do wish that the bands were labeled with Small, Medium and Large so that I knew right away what size they were right away when picking them up. The bands also have a strange smell to them, but that is a minor thing for me. The bands are thick and strong enough to create a good amount of resistance when doing exercises. I have used other resistance bands that were flimsy and don’t do much for resistance but no longer will i use those since finding these! The medium size pictured is the perfect one for me and it is super effective it upgrades any at home or gym work out! My boyfriend uses the larger one pictured as well and he is about 6ft tall and it provides him great resistance and work out as well. If you’re in the market to upgrade your workouts for resistance bands i wouldn’t look any further these are great! I love that they come with the loop as well.

Love,love,love! Oh and did I say love! I have had previous bands but they don’t come anywhere close to these bands. They never roll and will truly give you a good burn! I recommended them to all my gym buddies. You won’t be disappointed.

These booty bands are much better than the rubber bands I had before. Those rubber booty bands constantly kept rolling up my thick thighs especially when wearing them while on the stair master. I love these resistance bands booty bands. They are super comfortable, durable, made with high quality material and they stay put no matter what you are doing. I use these resistance bands for legs and butt when doing cardio on the stair master and they never move and really add more challenges. I also use them for my daily booty sculpting to prep for my next figure competition. Can't wait to see the result. If you are looking for a booty band set that is high quality and reasonably priced, these are what you are looking for!!!

I really love that each band in its own plastic bag. I love how it all comes in a bag. The bands are easy to use. The work just as I was hoping they would. I have been using them daily for the last three days before bed. It helps me sleep better.

Love these bands so much. I use these bands to activate my glutes before leg day. I found that the rubber bands at my gym were not strong enough, even when I doubled up. So I bought these booty bands which are much stronger and I can feel my muscles burning right away.Also I prefer to wear shorts and the rubber bands were so painful. I find that activating my glutes leads to a much harder workout overall. I'm so happy that I found these! I take them with me to the gym every day and use them at home while im watching TV! So handy to have to get some exercises in while I watch my favourite shows!
