I am just finishing up and covered and last sections but so far very pleased with this product.There is enough wire to leave a few inches overhanging.Plenty of cable ties supplied, an easy cheap purchase if you need more.I was able to construct it myself but it could be handy to have help for a few parts.

So I bought this last year for our chickens, the weather got bad fast and so we put it away and made it up this year, almost 9 months after I bought it.There were two parts missing, and I honestly was expecting them to tell me it was too late to do anything about it, but they didn’t, they were so helpful, so easy to deal with, just all round good company. I had the missing two parts a week later.Of course all this means nothing is it’s a rubbish product. But it is not rubbish product. I wanted to keep chickens for economical reasons, but we didn’t want to spend a fortune on them, I had bought several other substitute of varying price ranges and they were mostly all absolute dirt, a total waste of money, but this is solid! When I say solid, I mean , it’s strong, we live in the north of Scotland so the wind we get here in just insane at times and it’s held up great, we take the sheet off in winter so that the wind doesn’t catch it and pull it away, and I put extra guy ropes in to hold it down. What a great strong and secure, easy to put up, cage.This is our second one, a bit bigger than the last one we had since we bought bore animals, the first is still as strong two years after we got it.I just cannot fault them. I love it when you find a really great company, because I now don’t have to ever look elsewhere for anything like this, I just will always come back here, I know there are well built and great to deal and at a really good price.. Initially the delivery arrived with a parcel missing. Whilst parcels were clearly labelled by sellers, to not be separated, with a warning that the delivery company do sometimes separate parcels, my husband failed to read these notices! 🤦🏽‍♀️ in my absence from home I made contact with the sellers, unfortunately through the review feedback as I couldn’t find a way to directly mail them.Jon quickly contacted me by phone to provide reassurance that the missing parcel would arrive the next day, and it did. I think it’s always really reassuring to know that if something does go wrong, the sellers respond quickly to resolve. It makes me more confident to buy from them again in the future.The poles and wire are very good quality. The instructions are super simple and clear so very easy to follow. The parts are labelled. I was surprised at how quickly we were able to construct it.

Reviewing aftere18 months use. It was easy to assemble the frame single handedly but I had to get a friend to help me with the wire netting. The mesh is supplied as a roll and disappointingly isn't cut to size. It was quite tricky to cut it and attach it. Not a neat job but it does what it has to. The rain cover attaches easily with well placed bungees but after less than 2 seasons it's torn and wearing out along the ridge so I need to replace it at what seems like a high price for a simple rectanguar tarpaulin. Also I wish there was a cover to fit two 'bays' rather than one. You could obviously buy two covers and fit them side by side but there would be a gap between them which would leak when it rains.

I contacted the company initially to ask if they delivered to our area as a few other companies didn't. They were very quick to reply & thankfully for us they did. They dispatched the chicken run the same day & it arrived before the estimated date of arrival, which was great for us considering there was a ferry journey also involved. My husband & myself put the run together which was quite easy as the poles just click together & are well marked as to which pole goes with which. It did take us a good few hours between us but that was purely down to the weather conditions we often have. It comes with a good strong wind/sun cover which fits over 2 sides & the top & is secured on tightly with elastic fasteners. The framework is thicker than other runs we looked at & I'm really glad we chose this one. It didn't move in the recent Storm Agnes or the strong winds we've got at the moment. My chickens seem to be happy in their new home.

Product was as described. Went together very quickly.I put it together with my 7 year old daughter.only reason she helped is because I'm recovering from a broken hip and a broken wrist but i could have done it on my own plus was a good project for dad and daughter day. It's made with good materials the welds are very good. I don’t leave reviews but this is definitely worth the money.

This pet run is excellent quality with nothing missing and easy to read instructions , the frame is really easy to put up if you take everything out of the box and start with the base first, putting the netting on is the hardest part but if you tie one end of the roll to the base and rolling right over to the other end base and cut it, then tie that end, just keep going, you need net cutters and lots more cable ties that are supplied with it so my advice is to buy another pack of about 200, The seller is amazing it's the best customer service I've ever known, I purchased the 3m/6m/2m for my cats to have an outside run and it works perfectly, thank you so much Jon
