I got it for my shorter guns so they don't rub on the metal walls of my gun cabinet. Easy to cut and shape. It sticks with a vengeance and doesn't crush with the weight of several items leaned into it. It looks great with a professional appearance that look like it was always part of the cabinet. The paper is a little finicky to peel off the adhesive side, however. Just take your time removing it and it peels off.

Distributer: Product arrived promptly and was nicely packaged. I got exactly what I paid for. Item: The adhesive on the stripping is very good and I have had no issues with any of it coming off. It does what I needed it to do but it was not quite what I expected (my fault). I was not expecting the foam to be as stiff as it is and thought that it would eventually shrink down due to being compressed. However, the stripping very firm but does a great job of returning to its original width. Definitely for larger gaps (about an inch) but could be trimmed down pretty easily due to the density of the foam.

The adhesive is decently strong and worked well for my 6.5" speaker install. Had a great seal. Would buy again

Main problem with this tape is that the adhesive sticks to the backing tape more than it does to the foam. Careful when you pull the backing, because you may easily pull the adhesive off too. And it also might start transferring the adhesive in the middle of pulling the backing paper off too. Once you get it stripped okay it is an okay foam weatherstripping. Nice balance of resilience and firmness.

Excellent quality foam. It’s very dense so measure your area for use carefully because this foam does not compress as much as I thought it would.The original foam on the filter door on my home furnace had turned into a glue-like substance, it was leaking air badly was sticky, gross and needed replacement. I was losing a lot of heat and AC into the basement.This foam would likely compress ok under a lot of weight/pressure but I needed it to work on a plastic door for the air filter on my furnace. The door would NOT snap into place with full thickness foam.I made it work by trimming with snap cutter that has a longer blade than a standard razor knife - see the photo.Once I got the foam cut to size, I friction fit it into the back channels on the inside of the door on the air filter for my furnace.This new foam worked great once I got the sizing correct.Great product for my very unique application.
