Not sure if better than turmeric BUT...
Love this extremely fine powder; however, it did not have the same impact as my typical golden milk recipe (with turmeric/black pepper). To address, I now use 1/2tsp of curcumin and 1/2tsp of turmeric. At the minimum, I am confident I have increased the amount of curcumin in my beverage. For this I am grateful!

This is what you’re looking for, as I used to buy ground turmeric, but if you really look into it, it doesn’t have much curcumin. This is what you actually want if you’re trying to fight inflammation!!
