Although I have not used them for a class yet, I have used others of this kind. I have been told by our local training center that they have had no problems with them as long as you keep fresh batteries on hand. This is the first time I have had the opportunity to use the infants with the feedback devices. It is a great help to students learning CPR and also to the instructor who is monitoring them. I would recommend checking other sites as I think you can get them at a lower cost.

Manikins are great and work well. This company is extremely easy to contact with questions and were very helpful.

Submitting an updated review after receiving the order in its entirety. Initially, I provided an unsatisfactory rating when product was received via piecemeal shipping. I would recommend the vendor identify in the product description that the product may not be received in full based on a variety of circumstances, i.e. availability, warehouse location, etc. Initially if I was aware of the piecemealed shipping, than I would have rated the vendor higher. The reason this was a problem is because it affected the forecasted training schedule which needed to be amended. Nonetheless, the products received is at good quality and operable. I would recommend purchasing from MCR.Aloha
