Perfect for quantity
Absolutely awesome. I first started off with a little 32 ounce bottles and quickly decided that I needed this concentrate. I use even less than the recommended dosage and I still find it just as strong. My recommendation is to add as you go and smell how strong you want or need it. Definitely worth the money. I still have some persistent fungus gnats but I’m also growing in a greenhouse so kind of screwed there.

IT ACTUALLY WORKS!!!
Ok. I had a fly and ant invasion and I had tried EVERYTHING. I bought zappers, I bought sticky paper, I bought plug ins, sprays, ant motels, I tried it all. Home remedies recommended and googled as well, nothing worked. Then I found this! Since I love mint I figured why not try it. At least my house would smell great. IT WORKED on the ants AND the flies! I sprayed every day for a month and they're all gone! I was so impressed I immediately bought another bottle to keep on hand, just in case. Amazing product!!!

It worked on wasps and ants
Based on what another reviewer said, I mixed it at a higher concentration. I used about 40% of the bottle of concentrate, plus 32 oz. of water. I sprayed my balcony to ward off swarming wasps, and it worked. I also had ants coming in at my front door, and though the bathtub/shower fixtures. This stuff ended the invasion.

Watch the little spideys scurry away.
This stuff really works. I know people have complained that it has a strong odor but the smell is that of peppermint and if you're like me and love the smell of Christmas with peppermint sticks, candy and even cookies then you'll love it. Oh, not least of all, the spiders and bugs still hate the smell and so, stay away for at least a week after each spraying.

You can make this yourself for a dollar or two in a large supply
This product works great! As long as you hit the nest directly and really saturate the whole thing. Make sure you then remove the nest and really scrub the area and spray it again so the peppermint smell will remind them you aren't messing around so don't come back and rebuild. You can even put some cotton balls drenched in peppermint oil and afix them to the areas they like to build to keep them away. It works for bugs on your garden plants and also keeps squirrels and rabbits from eating them.So here's the thing, go to the dollar store and get a good strong spray bottle that sprays a hard stream really far. Then get a large (or small) bottle of plain decreasing dish soap, "Dawn cuts grease" you know the stuff. Not flowers or lotiony stuff just good old cheap blue dish soap. And then if they don't have it there, go to the grocery store or Whole Foods and get a good sized bottle of peppermint oil. It's the more expensive part but it's great.Fill the water bottle with water up to the skinnier part where your hand goes. Drip several drops of peppermint oil in there, enough that makes you feel it in your lungs when you smell it from the bottle. Then add enough liquid dish soap to turn the water color blueish, doesn't need to be a lot, maybe two good squirts from the bottle. Now put the spray nozzle on and tip it upside down and back a few good times but don't shake it. Open it and squeeze it until the bubbles come out and fill the rest of it up with water. You now have every single ingredient from this product only they added glycerin which is like vegetable oil. It's definitely not necessary. The peppermint oil makes it so they can't breathe. The soap gets on their wings and they can't fly, and water alone is enough to drive them out and they can't fly when they're wet.Lastly, get a Tupperware container that's maybe 4-6 inches deep and pour some apple juice in it. Add the soap, but use less so the apple juice is sweet smelling, and a tablespoon (cap full) of apple cider vinegar and fill it up am inch and a half from the top with water. I also use maple syrup to make it really attractive to them. Set it where you spend time outside to keep your pets and kids and well everyone safe. The apple cider vinegar keeps the bees from getting into it because they don't like it but wasps don't care. I fill those things with wasps so the entire top of the liquid is covered. I switch it out every few days, it really attracts them. Don't pour it out close to where you hang out. Take it off to another area to pour out.Buy this stuff if you want , it works well! I'm only saying you can save money by making it yourself, they even say that in a way on the bottle. Unfortunately I have a nest inside the brick and wood pillar that holds up the overhang for my front door step where my medical supplies and packages are delivered, where my nurse comes in and out of for my medical needs and I have to take my service dog out to go potty. This stuff, homemade and this stuff, barely made a dent if at all in the bis huge nest in there. It worked on the other 6 nests I had. My HOA for my townhomes in my major city near Denver refuses to help me with it. I'm not sure what to do. I had an exterminator out here and he said he couldn't do it. It's October 27th and they are still in and out of there but dwindling slowly. I still go after them with my spray bottle and must look insane. That's not far off. I just wanted to give you guys a heads up before you spend money you might not have on something that might not work perfectly. I can totally dump this on their entrance crack into the pillar and they still go in and out no problem, but they hate it and get really stirred up and some die.Maybe this will help some people. But do buy the product if you want convenience. It's very concentrated and works just the same.

The bottle is concentrate that must be mixed with water
The smell is really strong. It is meant to be mixed with water. I mixed the first batch as directed and didn't see any real results. The next I mixed with half the water it called for and I saw a reduction in the number of bugs. I have a mulberry tree in my yard and it attracts bugs (and critters) like crazy. While this reduced the bugs, it didn't really get rid of them. So I did the only other thing I thought would work, I got rid of the tree. I had it removed all the way down to where it is level with the ground and that worked. Then I spread the last of the mint in the area where the fallen mulberries were and that seemed to get rid of the majority of the bugs. There are still some, but they are no longer swarming in the area. I like how this product works but truly feel that the actual instructions cut the concentrate too much. I suggest using only half the water it calls for. With that mix I could actually see the bugs being repelled and then avoiding the area.
