I bought the Sour rainbow candy flavor. I was surprised how amazing it taste!! It gives me plenty of energy, focus and pump but not extreme so I don't feel overwhelmed. Great balance of ingredients. Adding the dicaffeine malate is suppose to give sustained energy and keep the stomach calm from the caffeine content and it actually does do that. Will subscribe to this pre workout. I've tried so many pre workouts. From No-Explode to Gorilla Mind to Total War and even the Animal Pump pill pack.Most of them are just OK. They give you a huge boost of caffeine and stimulants but then you feel a giant crash half way through your workout. Jay's Prevail gives you all the pumps, all the concentration and all the good stuff without the crash and without the jitters. I ran out and drank a Total War one day and it was night and day. Total War and pre workouts with BA give me a tingly, cold sweating, not great feeling. Jays stuff does none of that while keeping you in the zone. Taste is great and it doesn't have a massive amount of fake coloring or flavoring. Best stuff out there, I can't imagine working out with any other pre workout.

Let me say I love this stuff. I've tried a bunch of pre-workouts, and this is the first one that not only tastes great ("sour rainbow candy") but also gives me a noticeable bump in the gym. As a teacher who just turned 40 dealing with kids all day and then going to work out, I often feel flat, but this stuff gives me the boost I need to hit the weights hard after work. There are no caffeine jitters you can get with other mixes; this stuff delivers on its promises. 5 stars.

So I've been using this preworkout for a while now and I gotta say, it's my fave. It's like, super sour, which I love, and it gives me this crazy focus and energy. But it's strong stuff, so I only need half a scoop. That's more than enough to keep me going for hours at the gym, and I still have energy to finish whatever I'm working on when I get home. The only downside is that sometimes I feel a bit mentally tired later in the day, like my brain was on overdrive or something. It can give me a slight headache from that.

Previal really has it figured out when it comes to pre. I've been able to take only one scoop and feel the engery last for at least 5 hours after i take it so it has really steady energy. I was skeptical that the Nootropics would actually have an effect, but they seem to work really well. It helps with focus so well that sometimes i'll just take it before work or before a long essay for school. Definitely recommend. The only thing i have to say is the sour rainbow candy doesn't taste like sour rainbow candy really. It more just tastes like really good lemonade. Other than that, really good pre and REALLY good for the price.

Excellent pre workout.Better than originally expected.

This is a good tasting product. It did not provide the energy level I wanted. I think the price is a bit high for the lack of result. This might work for you.

First time customer—product was clean, tasty and really works! This pre-workout was recommended to me by a friend. At the very first scoop I took with a cup of cold water I got the feeling of being slightly nervous and jittery, but after that loading phase the very next day all of that subsided. I noticed that I felt very euphoric and happy when I took it some days, paired with a heightened feeling of concentration. I saw myself pump out a couple more reps with ease, as well. I also had my brother try it and he also noticed an increase in endurance/stamina—he told me to order him one the very next day—and so I did and got him the sour rainbow candy flavor, which was also very delicious!
