Great energy boost
I have POTS and, at times, severe chronic fatigue. When my ferritin and iron were trending lower, I decided to try these capsules to see if I’d feel any better. They definitely give me a nice little energy boost without any side effects. I’m very sensitive to meds and supplements but haven’t had any issues with these though I only take them with a meal. I’m not anemic to I won’t be monitoring my iron levels but I do feel like these help me have a little more energy, which means everything to someone with POTS.
