I ordered the swing with great hope but I got a defective item.And if you compare the swing with price it’s not good quality at all.

The swing chair lived up to all my expectations. Though it was a bit of a hassle to assemble, especially because it didn’t come with any written instructions, it wasn’t impossible. I’m a 72 year old woman and I did manage to get it put together by myself. On and off, it probably took me about four hours, but I stopped when the landscapers came, when it got too hot outside, and when I just needed a break. There is a video on YouTube that someone made and I did use that to figure out which screws went where and in which order to do things. Further, Zuri’s customer service was great. I didn’t realize that the chair would come in two different packages. FedEx delivered the first of the two on one day. That package contained everything except the stand. Thinking that the stand had been omitted, I contacted Zuri’s customer service. Someone got back to me almost immediately, told me about the two boxes, and that the second one would be coming within the next day.The package did contain an Allen wrench (I think that’s what it’s called) and a wrench to tighten some of the nuts and bolts. However, there are two different sizes of nuts and bolts and they only included the wrenches for the big ones. It would’ve been very helpful to have them for the smaller ones also. However, despite the lack of written instructions and both sets of wrenches, now that the chair is assembled, I absolutely love it.
