A+++++ the best !!! installed on closet doors --- work great -- good price. Had house built new. After 9 years closet door latches stopped working. Never liked them... mechanical, hard to use and noisey. These Door Magnetic are the best. Easy to install, no noise, no moving parts , good price and should last forever. A+

Yikes the magnetic power...
It's a very strong magnet. When the metal snaps to it, my drawer makes this loud oscillating noise for a few seconds. It would be nice to have a dampener. The only solution I found is a thinner piece of metal for the opposite side, instead of the one that came in the package.

Keeps the gate closed
Purchased these magnets to hold a homemade baby gate closed. One magnet has been sufficient to hold the gate closed and our 14 month old contained! Only once has she been able to open the gate and I think it was just luck. The magnet is weak enough to make opening the gate not to hard for adults. Purchased a stronger magnet first and it was way to strong, this one seems to strike the balance.

Be aware of the strength
Fine product but for my application it was way to strong. I thought I ordered the 20# catch but I got the 70#. Price was very good and delivery was on time.

What a great product
This product works great. We have a full size pantry door which opens into a small hallway and I did not want to install a full size door handle which would be obtrusive, but I needed something to keep the door closed. I installed a small inlaid handle to open the door along with this magnetic catch. This worked a treat ! I bought 2 thinking I needed 2 to keep the door closed but the magnets are so strong I only needed 1. Going to install the 2nd one on my work shop door. These magnetic catches are the best I have ever used. Great product and great customer service. Thanks
