Good product, but bad instructions. The Pad has two sides. One side has a heavy gauze-like covering, and the other,a lighter gauze-Like covering. Which side goes next to the wound? My best guess was the lighter gauze side, so that'swhat i'm doing for now. But it is a guess, and should not half to be.Its true am an elderly person, and many things seem more challenging then they use to be. Ha!However, it's still true that the difference between a good product a perfect product, is sometimes in the instructions.P.S., I could not find a Phone-No. anywhere to ask for help.M.M. -

i had rolled/fallen out of bed and my left forearm was denuded of skin due to hitting a bedside table w/ a glass top. this resulted two 1x1-inch areas and a single 2x2-inch area without any skin. after looking at several treatments available i viewed these dressings as my only option and i was right, for they are incredible. i had denuded a 0.5x0.5-inch area in the past, so i had an idea as to how long it would take for these to heal. w/ this manuka dressing, the wounds are healing incredibly faster than did my previous injury. i plan on keeping these dressings available in case i ever create this type of injury again. i could not be more pleased.

I think the product was EXCELLENT but when I re-ordered from Amazon they sent product that was TOO small to fit my wound so I had to send it back. Very disappointed with the re-ordering of my product.

I thought these were large Manuka pads, I would never have spent that much for these tiny things! But fast delivery!

I had never used anything like this before. Have been using it on my husbands bedsore, and works great!!!! Better then anything we had previously used! Easy to use and no problems with it at all

This product has been sooo effective in the healing of my leg ulcers. The ulcers take a while to heal but with the ManukAhd it has saved me from having to Be wrapped.
