I was skeptical of getting a foam infused bag bc I was used to the air filled ones. But I must say so far I am very happy I tried this out. It’s a little more solid than the air ones. And seems to be much more durable. No more having to re-air it every few days. I definitely recommend.

Works as it should

I am not a boxing professional and use this product just to improve speed, reflexes and coordination. I prefer the feel of striking this bag over the traditional ones with an air filled bladder because its a bit heavier and more solid and feels less like punching a kids bounce ball. I also like the fact that I will never have to worry about it going flat or having to pump it back up all the time.The bag itself seems like very good quality, but the bungies just have simple coat hanger like hooks on the end and slip off fairly easy. I could tape them in place but for my personal application, I need to be able to setup and take it down easily/frequently. If it had carabiner style ends, I wouldn't have to worry about it popping loose and I would give it 5 stars, but it doesn't.

If you’ve come across this bag, buy this! This bag feels amazing to hit and the feedback is very satisfying. Much more solid then an inflatable bag. You can hit it with a lot of power and with the fast rebound it feels great. Very good for combos and It rebounds very well because of the weight. You can use without gloves but probably not for long periods of time unless your not punching that hard. I use Monkey fingers adjustable bunjee cords and a Pro grip XRT adjustable cord and it works perfect.If you want a double end bag that’s a little less solid that you can use without gloves look at the Title Smash Bag, That’s made of a softer foam and still very fun to hit. You can hit It as hard as you want without gloves. It rebounds a little slower because the softer foam absorbs punches more but still moves fast because it’s also heavier then an inflatable bag. It’s very good for placing power shots on a decently fast rebound.
