When I purchased this item I paid for 2 day delivery. We had scheduled an investigation that would last over night starting on a Thursday. I received my order at 7:15 PM the day before our investigation and found the wrong item had been sent. By the time I finally got in touch with someone it was after 8:00 PM. The costomer service rep. did what she could to help up to and including next day delivery at their cost. The only problem with that was it was after 8 and next day then became Friday, the day after our investigation. The overall experience was a total let down and I'm not sure I would order from this vendor again.My refund and credit came quickly which I was happy with but overall I was unhappy with the experience.
