Was the bottle supposed to come with a pump because mine did not? The box was open in the Amazon box and thete was no pump inside

It comes with a regular cap on it and a pump to put on it. I have ordered a few of these bottles (we love it) from Amazon and almost every time we receive it, the package is messed up. (I blame that on Amazon. Because of this, I have received a couple where the pump itself is broken. But again, Amazon’s fault, not the vendor.

1) Does this stain sheets or clothes? 2) Does it really not leave an oily residue?
