Build quality is good and powerful motor. Value for money & easy to use. Compact and having many jars to use for different purposes. Only one improvement needed : too loud noise once you turn it on.

I've been using this for 3 months now. The Really bad: The blender jar has a major flaw. If you use it for blending (I have tried lassi, milkshake, smoothies), liquid spills out from the spout when running. I scheduled a warranty service but the technician told me that this jar is only for juicing and the metal jar is for bending. I concluded that it's a design flaw which Bosch is unwilling to admit. The metal jar can be used for blending, but its small if you're blending for 3-4 people. This would have been a dealbreaker if I knew this beforehand as I blend a lot. Bad but manageable: 1) The metal jar lids are weirdly shaped and lots of liquid gets stuck in it, so you end up wasting a little bit of whatever you're making. The lids are also much more messy than a regular dome lid and also a little tougher to clean. 2) The small cap in the lid for adding things is really loose. You have to be careful when turning the lid upside down or it falls and breaks. 3) Food gets stuck in the flow breaker. It's also not very intuitive to remove and I have a feeling it will be easily broken by the househelp when cleaning. 4) Flow breaker and the pounding blade don't make a noticeable difference to the end result, and I have completely stopped using them. The Good: 1) Great looking and has a small footprint 2) Noise levels aren't bad. A 1000 W motor will definitely be louder than a 400 W one (typical home mixie wattage) but even then it's not super loud and is very manageable. 3) Very, very powerful. Pulverises anything you throw at it instantly.

I can't believe we purchased this product during the so-called "Great Indian Amazon Sale," supposedly at a discounted rate and with an exchange deal. What a joke! When the product finally arrived, they took away our old mixer grinder, and guess what? The package was a total disaster. It was crystal clear that this was not the original packaging, and the box was in shambles. As if that weren't enough, the contents inside were all haphazard, and the juice jar had a massive, infuriating crack in it. I immediately dialed Amazon for a replacement, and that's when the truth hit me like a ton of bricks. This entire "Great Indian Sale" by Amazon is nothing but a scheme to dump damaged goods on unsuspecting customers! Can you believe it? After going through the whole ordeal of uploading pictures of the damaged product, they conveniently informed us that they couldn't replace it because they supposedly didn't have it in stock. But wait, it gets better – they were willing to give us a refund, but guess what? The product's price had shot up by a whopping 1000 bucks by then. So essentially, if we returned the item and bought it again, we'd end up paying way more. To make matters worse, when I checked Amazon's website, the product was clearly available, but their agent kept insisting they couldn't see it on their end. Through all of this, they had already taken our perfectly functioning old mixer and were now refusing to return it. This whole ordeal is nothing short of a massive, infuriating scam! Customers are left with only two lousy options: keep the shoddy product or return it, get back less money than they initially spent, and then shell out a lot more to repurchase the same item. All the while, Amazon is walking away with your perfectly good old mixer, laughing all the way to the bank. Consider this a stern warning to all customers out there – stay far, far away from buying electrical or electronic products on Amazon. This isn't the first time they've pulled off this stunt, and mark my words, it won't be the last. It seems to be their standard operating procedure to offload their crummy merchandise during these so-called sales. It's a disgrace!

Awesome product, but a bit expensive.

It worked ok initially and the delivery was prompt; those were the good bits. In less than 2 years, each of the jars stopped working and now none of them work and the seller will not respond via Amazon. You cannot get it repaired or source replacement jars. Waste of money and resources and an unresponsive seller. They give you a HK number to call !!

I though brand name being Bosch it will be very strong but within 1 month jug handle is loose, 1 of the 4 suction leg has come off making the blender becoming very unstable when blending. I am quite disappointed with the product. Not to say that it comes with an Indian Plug and not EU or UK plug.
