Although the manufacturer says this tub has a pebbled non slip surface, both of my sons have fallen while taking a shower! It is very nice for taking a deep soaking bath but beware when standing in this tub. We did install non slip strips on the floor of the tub and that did help somewhat with the slipperiness but I am not seeing how they tell you this a non slip surface. I definitely DO NOT recommend anyone buying this tub if you are going to use as a shower also!!!

Good choice for a stylish alcove tub at a reasonable price. Higher walls are great for soaking, but require a different drain and overflow setup and may change the plumbing height for the faucet and the shower controls. This tub required the wall to be open to the studs to rotate it into place in a 5-foot 1-Inch wide alcove. And finally, bedding it in concrete is normal for an acrylic unit, but definitely an extra level of difficulty when fitting the tub against the framing in a tight alcove. Still, the appearance and functionality are very nice and worth the effort.

This is a very deep, nice looking tub. My wife wanted a deep tub to fit in our small - 30x60 - opening. This one seems to be high quality and will hopefully last a long time. We've only had it for about 1 1/2 months, but so far, so good.

I never appreciated the feeling of a great soak until we got this deep tub!

Beautiful tub. Worth every penny.
