However, as someone with a shorter torso, the vertical length is a bit awkward and tends to dig in/overlap. Excellent support, but the proportions might be tricky for petite frames.

I have absolutely loved this belly band, I’ve used it every day since it arrived. I ordered it a couple days after I delivered as I was having back pain from a weak core, this has been an absolute lifesaver and has helped my back immensely. 10/10 would recommend to all of my friends postpartum whether they had a C-section or vaginal delivery. It’s really like that. There’s three separate straps that way you can adjust it according to your needs.
