Instant Results
Great product! Easy to apply with proper caulk gun. Wear glove to spread bead for even application. After sealing basement wall joints my radon reading went down by 1.5pci within a day.

Easy application
The application went fine. I cannot attest to how well it reduces radon, but it did seal the joints from moisture.

buy double what you need.
Easy to work with but must do two coats because it shrinks quite a bit. Yes it works. I grinded out cracks and vacuumed clean. had to reapply after waiting 3 days to fill gap from shrinkage. Buy double. Also, they sent me one tube of plain caulking in my second order instead order. So double check.

Goes down like butter
This goes down like butter. Easy to put down and fits well in cracks. Once I’m done I’ll add some before and after readings on the radon levels.

Smells horrible
This product puts off a smell that will give you a headache for days. It is also very sticky once it has cured so if you are using this in your garage, be prepared to have everything stick to it, including you if you step on it.

Great sealant
Fills cracks and seals nicely to cleaned concrete and cinderblocks. In conjunction with painting cinderblocks with Drylock and sealing a few holes in blocks with spray foam, radon numbers went from 5s and 6s after rain to under 2. (Measured with Continuum Meter, also a good product)

Helped reduce radon level
I used this in conjunction with a liquid sealer for my foundation walls and floor. Levels are averaging under 2 pCi/L now.
