Incomplete product, too costly and doesn't have scale prevention (only sediment filtration). Better to go for the one with scale inhibitor.

This is a quality whole house filter. I had a filter that I purchased from Wal Mart many years ago and it began to wear out to the point where I could not install a new filter cartridge. The 3M is a breeze to change a filter, and it lasts about 6 months. Very solid product
