Scotch Bonnet Chile Flakes are famous for their extreme heat and fruity flavor, often described as similar to their cousin the habanero chile. We process whole Scotch Bonnet Chiles to make our own Scotch Bonnet Chile Flakes.

Plenty Hot!
Years ago in the Caribbean, we bought our first bottle of a scotch bonnet sauce called Lotties. It was a small production processing and was very difficult to get ahold of and fairly costly. Eventually the woman who made it sold the recipe and rights. Processing moved to the US but the new sauce was Habanero and not Scotch Bonnet. There is a noticeable difference in the taste. Ever since then, I have looked for a replacement. This Scotch Bonnet Powder has all the flavor and is more convenient and easier to control the amount you use. Believe me when I say, a whisper is enough. I put it in my chili and in my chicken salad. I'm going to try it in buffalo wings too. It has a warmer sweetness to it that comes through as flavor but still maintains the burn. Go easy. You can always add more but this stuff stands up to cooking without loosing strength. I prefer the heat with a delicate hand and the powder allows for way more control. 4oz should last for a year at least if not more. I would buy it again.

Diabolical Delight
Dante would infernally recommend. Please do not inhale as I did, and thought I had suddenly succumbed to the coronavirus. This magical offering has all the fruity flavor of a scotch bonnet pepper, combined with the intensity of powdered molten lava. Makes virtually any dish come to life in a higher state. Euphoria has burnt her tongue, I'm afraid.
