Love this salt. I've been ordering it for years. It stays fresh in this package. I use it in place of salt on many food items like my eggs, potatoes, mushrooms and some sandwiches.

I first tried this seasoning at the Calabasa’s farmers market! One taste and I was hooked! The black and white truffle salts are amazing! I used them on steaks, pizzas, risotto, chicken, it doesn’t matter! It will kick it up a notch every time!
