Spicely Organic Cayenne Pepper 1 Lb Bag Certified Gluten Free

This is a very potent spice. It tastes much more alive than a supermarket staple brand. I am using it for the master cleanse and appreciate its organic nature.

Nice organic cayenne. Good rich flavor, color, and in a glass jar. Great in my cooking and body balancing drinks.

Not as hot as I prefer, but it works. Next time I will purchase a cayenne powder with more heat. I would recommend to purchase if you want medium hot.

This seems to be more potent than the last one I got at a local grocery store. It is same brand, same everything. Still really good, but boy does it pack more of a punch!

Be forewarned... this product is not cayenne pepper. It's chili cayenne pepper. Even though the bag only says organic cayenne pepper in the picture, when I received it, I was really disappointed that it said organic chili cayenne pepper. I really wish they named their product and photographed it correctly. I can't eat chili because it inflames my gut, and the whole reason I was getting cayenne pepper was because it has anti-inflammatory properties and supports a healthy gut microbiome. Now, I have a 1lb bag of useless chili powder that I can't return. Very upsetting...

For some reason, I thought I was ordering an 8 oz. bottle of this pepper. I take the blame for this mistake, of course, but for Pete's sake, you can buy the exact same size (1.6 oz) of organic Cayenne at the grocery store for 3.98! This was more than double the price, and of course returning it would cost nearly as much as I paid for it, so it wouldn't be worth it. Even though it was my mistake, I still feel ripped off because this is a ridiculous price for a little bottle of pepper.
