My family has consumed this cod liver oil on and off throughout the years. Though it is marketed for kids it can be consumed by adults (the whole family) as well. The taste of the product is of course very subjective. I like the zesty taste of the orange version. For cod liver oil it is relatively inexpensive.

Its ok,.. has the orange flavor but I can still taste the fish flavoring under the orange… it’s good

It's so sticky, my kid says that it's like egg and disgusting flavor, I tried my self and it's true. Never buy it again.
