Fauna Marin Dino X 250ml

I've been suffering with weed and bubbling stringy algae for most of the year, water changes and cleaning worked for a bit, but the weed would grow back instantly. Even over night you could see the difference. I was ready to close the tank down and sell it off. Then I got recommended this dino x. I did a water change, cleaned as much weed away as I could and then added the dosage to the tank, turned off the lights and left it for 2 days. Now, after a week, i think its gone, I'm still dosing to be sure, but I can see the water is clearer, the fish and coral seem more vibrant and active. I cannot recommend this stuff enough!!

Use with caution. As per the bottle I dosed 2.5ml into my 50L tank. Within about 10 minutes the fish were acting weird. I pulled them out into clean water but sadly all were dead within fifteen minutes. No Idea what happened and I am absolutely gutted.

First make sure you have dinos, not cyano. If in doubt run a few cyano treatments first. Then once certain you have dinos use dino x as part of your strategy. I did a 5-day blackout first which hit the population of the dinos back. Before/during/after blackout I was bacteria dosing with Microbacter 7 and then after blackout I started dosing dino x. I also stopped all water changes and left my skimmer on 24/7. I lost 1 snail. Otherwise all other inverts, coral and fish seem fine. Very happy would recommend!

My Dino is eventually gone! But the trick is not to think this is THE treatment...it is part of a treatment. Increase O2, increase NO3 and PO4, do a 5 day foil BLACKOUT. Brilliant!
