Good product, not worth the price. With some art skills you can do something similar for way cheaper.

Firstly the display was beautiful. It was shipped on time, with substantial packaging, and arrived perfect. Even with me screwing up part of the order, their customer service took care of me. Top notch people delivering outstanding service. Will buy from them every time.

To add your custom information write the info in the gift message box during checkout.Top Color: this is the main color that takes up most of the frame.Trim Color: this is the color of the small trim work that will be seen around each cut out box.Engraving: this is up to three lines of text with a max of 35 letters per line.This was a big obstacle for me so I wanted to share in case someone else has this problem. I wish they would've added the instructions in with the description of the item. If you don't realize until you've already placed the order you can place the company name in a search engine and contact them that way. It took me forever to figure this out since the Amazon option, unfortunately, did not work for me. This frame is gorgeous and if the company is still around I will definitely be ordering another one when my son graduates.

I received my frame today, and it is perfect! It was well packaged and secured, and no imperfections upon unpacking. I can't wait to put my everything into it and display it.

Idk why I thought this frame would be smaller from the pictures but omg! It's definitely a center piece of a wall. Very well made. Love it so much. Such a great way to display my diploma. Still have to get pictures made to go in it, but when it's done I'll be hanging it with my honors rope around it and my 4 other certificates. Arrived quick even with the personalization. Can't wait to get it up on my wall. Will be a great piece for my office when I open my own machine shop.
