Good for my needs
The device appears to work well. I would have liked to mount it on the wall but it has no mounting hardware. This is not uncommon so it isn't that it's bad in any way. Many don't have a way to mount it. Some double sided tape will work but I would have liked some lugs with screw holes on the ends to accommodate the mount. The connecting wire (usb-a to usb-b) would be nice if it was just a bit longer but it just reaches the connection on the back of my computer so it will work as well, just a little tight. Overall it did increase my speed of transfer from the previous one I had which was quite a bit older so that is a good thing. The power supply is fine but could have used the wire-block-wire method instead of the plug in block. I had to shift around some items on my power management block to find a place to plug it in without blocking other outlets but I got it worked out. It is in a metal case so it should be very durable and hold up under pressure. I could recommend this device if you are in need of such a thing.

Quality Hub, Good Desktop Form-Factor
I picked this up, as I needed more ports. My previous hub is a Startech HB31C3.Pros:- Lots of ports- Individual switches- USB-A; perhaps a con to some, but I prefer this form factor for a desktop hub. Can just use A-to-C adapters- True to specI initially thought this hub was significantly affecting my RF environment, but I was mistaken. It was an emmc reader. No complaints thus far!

Rock steady performance
Power outage killed my last hub. Went with this brand again because it worked so well.

Too many ports, not enough power.
This hub is pretty bad. It does not have nearly the power capacity to saturate all the ports. Devices will be working, be switched off, and switched back on and will not be detected until I shut something off to get the power up to initialize.I literally feel like I'm on the Apollo 13 mission trying to figure out the order devices need to be powered on for them all the be detected. The hub is plugged into a USB 3.2 port on my tower.EDIT after initial review: So the manufacturer reached out to me after posting my review and gave me some more technical information about the hub. The hub allocates 25W of energy per group of 5 ports. I intended and was using this hub to power multiple external hard drives, a Blu-ray Writer, and Raspberry Pi.This would explain why ports would go dead in groups and not come back to life until I power cycled it.They also offered me a full refund. So based on that, I'm going to up my rating to 5 out of 5 stars just due to their outstanding customer service and addressing me with technical information and not just treating me like some dumb buyer. I would suggest however that they include this power distribution arrangement and limit in their item description. I've repurposed the hub to drive all my basic stuff, keyboard (and lighting), mouse mat, wireless mice and chargers, infrared Webcam, and 3-axis controller and moved the power hungry items to my motherboard. It powers all that stuff just fine. So all in all, I'm a satisfied customer and won't write off their products in the future, but will inquire whether my intended use is within their product's capabilities.

external drives didn't mount after a week of using it, but they mount just fine w/other hubs
Horrible! Don't buy! This thing does not work. After about a week of it working, now I plug my external drive and a scarlett 2i2 into this crappy usb hub and they don't mount. Plus, from the beginning if I have a fan plugged into the same outlet as my drives , if I turn the fan off or on, my external drives eject immediately. My external drives and the scarlett 2i2 show up on my Acer unpowered usb hub just fine, the drives eject sometimes if I have a fan, but not all the time like with this hub.

Great USB 3.2 Hub for USB-A connectors
I have 5 4-Disk RAID-5 arrays that I attach via USB-A connectors. This is the third USB 3.2 Hub I've tried. The other 2 had problems with the arrays disconnecting, often while copying files. This one, however, is working great and is rock solid. My older PCIe 5-port USB 3.0 adapter was starting to feel slow, so I figured I'd switch to an external hub to make it easier to replace, and get a USB 3.2 hub for faster transfers.I've copied about 30GB of files to the arrays so far, and I've had no disconnects with this hub. I have a large transfer of a few terabytes to do from one of the arrays to another, but I haven't done it yet. I'll update this post after I do that transfer.

Aesthetically design, quick data transfer & charging
First impression well built good quality alumimium casing. Each port can be switched on/off and when on it emits a blue light next to port in use. I find the blue light not too bright and not bothersome. Comes with 2 USB cables in which to connect to PC depending on the type of USB port you have on your PC. Currently 7 peripherals connected and all are working fine. Data transfer I find is fast being USB 3.2 hub. Also used to charge up Android smartphone which it did reasonable quick.Only minor issue I would have liked the weight of the hub to be heavier. Hub is quite light and when you have numerous peripherals plugged in the weight of the USB cables can cause the hub to move a little. Apart from this I find the design aesthetically pleasing on the eye. Price is a little heavy but it does the job thence 1 star knocked off to give 4 stars. Overall I would recommend this product.

Great product!
This USB hub is well built with a metal housing and the finish is soft to the touch. The unit itself works very well and suits my needs. Highly recommend if your looking for a 10 port USB hub.๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
