This thing is a beast. It washes and dries a bigger load than my old side by side units. It has a bunch of settings that I finally decided I didn't really need, I just use the auto setting unless I really need something special. Washes and dries pretty quick and it's rather quiet. Also the final spin cycle squeezes so much water out of the clothes they don't take long to dry. Pros are: Quiet Big loads Washes and dries at the same time. Has all kinds of energy and water saving features. Takes up less space. Big honkin loads. Cons: If you're short, you may have trouble getting all the clothes out of the dryer . Because it's stacked you have to pull the clothes out of the washer, then spin the drum a bit to get to the ones in the back. This doesnt bother me but again if you're short... You should probably take the lint trap out before emptying the dryer since things tend to catch on it and pull it out anyway.

I like the space-saving aspect and the large capacity. I have only a closet for it. But the agitator is noisy. Also, the dryer door swings closed. It hit my head the first time I used it. I had it professionally installed and the spin cycle works well so I don’t think it’s out of level. Also the washer lid lock is on the left and protrudes from the lid enough that when I bend in and reach into the tub with my right hand I hit my head on it and it’s kinda sharp. I wonder if it couldn’t have been placed at the back. It does a good job of washing and drying so otherwise excellent.

I purchased this washer/dryer combo for my 85 year old grandmother. She is no longer able to go up and down the stairs to do her laundry so we bought this to have installed in her main floor. The delivery was ok- a tiny hiccup with coordinating the date, but it was fine. Less than a month after we purchased the machine, it sounded like a motorboat was driving through her house. I contacted Amazon and the directed me to contact the seller. The seller provided me with the number for GE to come and service the machine. To date, there have been 5 servicemen at my grandmother’s house (which puts her at risk every time), she is on her 3rd motor, and the tub was replaced. I reached out to the seller for a new machine, and I’ve yet to receive a response. This is ridiculous.

Washing machine cleans very well, Large tub for large loads, Also very good dryer. Delivery was outstanding because they called me in advance to let me know when it would be arriving. Also the driver Called to let me know he would be there within an hour. Highly recommend

I can't say enough GOOD about this unit!! Both washer and dryer drum capacities are extremely large. Operation buttons are easy to understand. Installation was a breeze. Dryer is extremely quiet when in operation. The only negative I would comment is that when the washer is agitating it has a weird sound... kinda like a duck. It is not annoying but just have not heard a washing machine make this sound before. We are getting a chuckle out of it. Overall we are very satisfied.

I purchased this machine around a month ago. It worked well but it was making some noises, so I contacted this Sellers Dynamic deals. Those guys didn't helped me at all, all the opposite they tried to scare me with the process and price of sending the machine back. Then I contacted GE directly, and I found out that, like Amazon, they have a excellent Customer Service, so we were able to solve the problem. I recommend the machine, is a good one. But don't buy it from this dealers, there are other ones where you can buy. My 5 stars are for the machine.

It’s really nice and works well other than a valve needing repair sorta frustrating and now the lid lock doesn’t lock and it doesn’t spin. Shortly after my last review the button for the washer went into the front of the washer. I don’t just buy I do research. DO NOT BUY. It’s completely worthless. I called to see what cost to have it fixed HA about 400. Never buying from GE again
