I don’t know what is up with some of the negative comments but I would ignore them and take the advice of the people who swear by these. I am extremely busy and usually do not eat until 8pm. The dinning room is closed. When I noticed my nails breaking and loss of hair, I decided to try this product. My hair loss is not as great and it is helping my nails. Hopefully soon, I will be able to obtain the proper nutrients from food. However, it will take a long time for my nails and hair to return to normal. I keep it in the original container and due not fill my daily meds due to the odor. It is easy to swallow and has no after taste. I will be reordering this soon.

Good product But you can get it cheaper at so many other places.

I’ve always had issues with my nails. Break easily and no mater what I do they don’t grew. This is helping. My nails are growing and not breaking as easily. My skin looks a little better too. My hair feels like it gets greasy easier. I shower daily but it feels like I need to shower exactly 24 hours apart or my hair looks and feels like I haven’t washed it in 4 days. Over like the product but I was hoping it was a once daily instead of 3 times daily.

Wow! I purchased these extra strength vitamins because I was dealing with some post-COVID hair loss and needed to see improvement as fast as possible. I think I've been using them for about 6 weeks now and the hair loss has definitely slowed down. But what's more noticeable is my nails. I've never been able to grow my nails long without them peeling and breaking. Now they are strong and growing so long, I'm going to have to learn how to give myself manicures! About the vitamins themselves... They are small and easy to swallow but you do need to take 3 of them. There is a strong odor in the bottle, and I get an odd taste come up maybe 20-30 minutes after taking them.

I like that the vitamins are small and easy to swallow gel cap type. I only take two tabs per day instead of three like the bottle says. I started taking them to reduce hair shedding. And I have found that my hair has reduced the shedding I was experiencing and as a bonus my skin appears more bright and clear. I've had good results and will continue to take the vitamins. I already have fast growing nails I guess compared to some people. So I'm sure it helps with nails as well. I recommend. I will buy again.

Noticeable difference when I run out. I have taken these for years and wouldn’t recommend any other vitamin. Great for the vitamin aspect and the hair growth. Many baby hairs while taking only two a day and feeling great and even better by taking the daily dose of three

My hair and nails have improved since using these. Even my hairdresser commented how quickly my hair had grown. I can't say much about my skin except I generally have fewer breakouts but I'm not sure if it's these supplements. I have been using them for about 6 months now.
