Breathed new life into my server
My server had been gradually running slow and hot and I could hear the fans going ten to the dozen.Bought this to re-paste the CPU and the results have been outstanding!Came with the thermal paste, guide piece and spreader, have to admit it wouldve been nice to put in a few alcohol wipes to clean off the old paste but I had some isopropyl alcohol to hand anyways so no big deal. The consistency was good, firm enough to glug on without puddling or pooling and thermal properties have so far been excellent

Good quality
There were so many different products of this type, it was hard to tell the difference.I chose this product primarily because of the revues.I'm very pleased I did. It was easy to apply to the Processor chip and refit the heatsink of my PC.The readings for temperature of the processor are now where they should be, also when driving everything as hard as possible in serious gaming the temp stays within spec.

It reduced the temperature significantly
My CPU and motherboard are a bit over 4 years old. The fans were coming on earlier and running generally at higher temperatures. This with Resolve Studio and Blender. I've bought additional fans - some help. I thought I'd replace the thermal paste and it was as if a switch had been thrown. The CPU runs measurably lower and the thermostatically controlled CPU fan just ticks over most of the time, and only rendering brings in the faster fans. It was easy enough to do, although much more fiddly than when the MB was out of the computer. There was blood.

Perfect for my application.
Needed some thermal paste to replace the almost dryed out stock stuff I had on my CPU. Looked around for a while before I settled on this stuff and was a bit skeptical at first, as I didn't even know this stuff existed. All the other popular brands were out of stock. But as I have used Corsair products in the past, I had my trust in them. And I'm glad I took the plunge, it's exactly what I needed, peprfectly consistency paste, none-conductive and reduced my idle CPU temp (Ryzen 5 1600) from 44c Idle, to now 28c idle and 50-65c max when gaming. It's perfect if you don't intend to overclock and just need to change thermal paste after a period.
