THE LENGHTH OFTHE RODDS ARE TOO SHORT

I ORDERED THESE, BECAUSE I THOUGHT I COULD CREATE THE CURLS I WANTED...I NEVER EVEN GOT TO SEE IF THEY WORKED, AS THEY WERE VERY DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH. I ORDERED THEM, AND ANXIOUSLY OPENED THEM TO FIND THEY DID NOT CONTAIN ANY INSTRUCTIONS, SO I CONTACTED THE COMPANY, WHOM DECLINED MY REQUEST FOR INSTRUCTIONS, BUT SENT ME A YOUTUBE VIDEO THAT SOMEONE POSTED HOW TO USE. IN THE VIDEO, SHE MADE IT LOOK EASY, & I THOUGHT, "HEY, I CAN DO THAT..."-NOT TRUE! THEY ARE VERY HARD TO WORK WITH AND CUMBERSOME. I DIDN'T GET TO SEE IF THEY MADE THE CURLS THAT I DESIRED, AS I COULDN'T GET THEM STARTED. I AM SO FRUSTRATED, DISAPPOINTED, AND ANGRY THAT I WASTED MY MONEY TO PURCHASE THESE!

Surprised that the product came with no instructions or even a diagram on how to use. Thatz pretty poor. I know they look self explanatory but if u have never used them before it can be a struggle to figure out.

we got these to spiral curl the hair at home, and well I think I was better off buying the original one that heats through the wall.
