Genuine Ford BL3Z-19H332-AA Trailer Brake Control

I’m so glad that I bought this. This is the exact same part that my local Ford dealer couldn’t get because it was in back order. It was also more than half the price. Only took ten minutes to install and with a twenty dollar cable and free Forscan software took another ten minutes to enable. Well worth the money.

Got this for my 2014 F150 STX 4X4 that had the tow package but not the controller. It came with the fuse and relay. After installing, I used the program FORSCAN and my OBDII reader to activate saving me from going to the dealer and paying tons for a 2 minute job. It works great with my new travel trailer.

Quick install and activation with Forscan. Reads genuine Ford. Love having dash readout and easy access due to placement. I have always found aftermarket controllers clumsy because of mounting options and being 6'6" trying to get to them around my knees. Functions very well.

I am so much happier I spent a few more dollars to get the OEM product. If your truck is prepped for it, the integration through the control center on the dash is amazing. No regrets.

Worked as is should 15 min install

Perfect fit - this is the part the factory would install. But you must have your computer reprogrammed at the dealership for this to work. My local dealer charged $65. The dealer wanted $450 to do the whole job. So you decide if the savings it worth it.

Easy install. Looks OEM. (it is!) Make sure to bring it to a dealer to program the software if it's a new install (and not a replacement).

Genuine Ford part, fits perfectly.Shop around for quotes to program it into your truck though.Some dealers see it as an opportunity to rip you off.
